As we begin to ground ourselves in Meditation & Self-Awareness practice,

we embark on a journey that helps us connect in all kinds of ways. 

We’ll come to see that connectedness through heart-mind-body-soul is the path to freedom, the way to truth, a journey back to our most authentic self.

Each month we explore different topics, from personal Boundaries to Chakras, Relaxation, EFT, Breathing, Grounding, Compassion, Self-love and many more.

We explore ourselves Holistically, cultivating self-knowledge and self-respect, maturing sensitivity and subtle awareness, connection to the present moment, to our body and to the inner and outer world.

Everybody is welcome, as long as we respect and accept each other.

The structure of the sessions will be as follows:

  • The tutor will introduce the topic at the beginning of the class.
  • Each participant is welcome to interact live by also writing questions on the Zoom chat.
  • We will end each session by maintaining silence.
  • You are welcome to share your feedback after the session on the Whatsaap group or on social media.
